Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information SaleHelm ("SaleHelm", "we", "us") handles when you visit salehelm.com, join early access or use our service, and what choices you have. Questions go to privacy@salehelm.com.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address and business details, when you request early access or write to us.
- Lead and conversation data on channels you connect: names, contact details people share, their messages, and the record of when and where they agreed to be contacted.
- Catalog and attribution data: products and prices you provide, and the ad or page each lead came from.
- Basic technical data from visits to this website, such as request logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
How we use information
- To provide the service you have connected, as described on our home page.
- To reply to and follow up with leads on the business's behalf, within the consent they gave, and to report sales by source.
- To respond to you, invite you to the service and keep it secure.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use one customer's data for another customer, and we do not use your data to train general purpose AI models.
People who message a business
If you contacted a business that uses SaleHelm, that business decides how your information is used and SaleHelm processes it on its behalf. You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP or unsubscribing; it applies to every channel.
Sharing
We share information only with infrastructure and communications providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, with the platforms you connect when you ask us to act on them, and when required by law.
Retention
We keep connected account data for as long as the connection is active and delete it within 30 days after you disconnect, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Early access requests are kept until launch or until you ask us to delete them.
Security
Access tokens and credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets manager, never in application code or logs. Access to customer data is limited to the systems that need it.
Your choices
You can disconnect any account at any time and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@salehelm.com. See Data deletion.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell users by email.
